Summer Cocktail: Grapefruit Gin

My summer (budget) drink has become Gin and Soda. But it's not just any Gin and Soda it's special because of the grapefruit sparkling water water. The floral Gin with the fruity sparkling water makes for the ideal mix for when it's hot and humid.

Ingredients:

1 Can of La Croix Grapefruit Sparkling Water (On sale at Publix 3 cases for 11)
2 Part of Gin ( I use New Amsterdam as it is currently on sale at my liquor store...But as always my recommendation would be Tanqueray)
3 Cubes of Ice

The Method:
  1. Turn your iPod on and get in the mood
  2. Fill a tumbler with 3 ice cubes
  3. Pour over your gin
  4. Top off with some delicious La Croix Grapefruit Sparkiling water
  5. Give a finger swirl
  6. Head back to the music
This has become my go to summer cocktail and I would highly recommend you adopt it.

WARNING: People don't realize that Gin is slightly higher in alcohol content than other liquors. So pace yourselves before you became the 4am Gentleman.
