This weekend, I had a little welcome back Bloody Brunch for my friends and I. This meant that I had to impress them all with my amazing Bloody Mary's. It is only recently that I have discovered my love for these medicinal concoctions. I had one while I was in Olympia over the weekend at this AMAZING place and haven't stopped drinking since (I should reword that...but I won't).
Anyway so I went to the market and sat on the floor with every bloody...bloody mary mix. Turns out I found one winner. Whiskey Willy's Bloody Mary Mix was the only all natural one. I figured if I am drinking something that is supposed to be tomato and pepper based, I didn't want a mix that was all high fructose corn syrup.
Then it was time for the Vodka. I have been intrigued by all these Russian Standard commercials. I mean how good does the vodka have to be if you're mixing it? It's one thing when you drink it straight, but when you drink it Bloody, you can be a little cheap.
Finally, I provided my guests with a tray of things to put in their drinks. Some people like extra spice, others like celery, olives, pickles, etc. So I put it out for everyone to make their own. Not only does this make it easier for everyone to make drinks how they like them, but people can also try their friends drinks and see what they like.
Get bloody with it.

P.S. The tray was provided by my grandmother so I had something nice to entertain with.

I had never thought of the "build-your-own" approach. I like it!
